South Boston Woman Dies after Scuba Diving in Rockport on Saturday
A South Boston woman died after she went SCUBA diving off Rockport on Saturday.
Sara Elizabeth Nivens, 40, went diving with her father on a charter boat. According to a statement from District Attorney Paul Tucker’s office, Nivens had difficulty near Dry Salvages. See statement below:
