Is there any update about the sale of Pan Asia building? Are they planning on developing the property with condos? I am excited to see Pan Asia go as it has been going down hill for years.
Did they sell it? They were probably getting older. Hope they have a good retirement after feeding drunk 20 somethings all those years :)
