Seaplane Landed in the Water near M Street Beach

On Friday afternoon, CIS began getting tweets that a seaplane had landed in the water near M Street Beach. Hmmm…well, that’s odd. Then it was confirmed by the Boston Globe.
At 3:15 p.m. a seaplane made a scheduled landing in the water at M Street Beach. Evidently, the seaplane was picking up people from the beach. The landing with approved by the Federal Aviation Administration and the Boston Harbormaster.
So is this going to be a new thing? Sounds like it.
