BPD UPDATE Regarding of a Lemonade Stand Robbed in South Boston on Wednesday – Do you recognize these individuals?

At approximately 4:44 PM on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, Officers from C-6 (South Boston) responded to a radio call reporting an Armed Robbery in the area of West Ninth Street, South Boston.
On arrival, officers spoke to the victims, two children who had been operating a lemonade stand at the location. The victims stated that the unknown suspects made several passes by the stand before approaching and asking whether Apple Pay would be accepted as payment.
Before the victims could respond, the suspects grabbed a box containing U.S. currency. One suspect then displayed a black firearm in his waistband before both individuals fled the area.

According to the Citizen App, BPD was called to the area of West 9th and Dorchester Street for an armed robbery on Wednesday afternoon. Shortly after, the following post was made on social media via the Southie Community Bulletin Board on Facebook:
Now we aren’t detectives, but we are connecting the dots to say these have got to be related.
