Phone Lines Are Down!
If you’ve tried calling a local business on Wednesday, you’ve probably been having problems getting through! Well, evidently according to multiple social media posts, Comcast business phone lines are down for the count! And not just citywide but nationwide!
“Some Comcast Business customers may be experiencing issues with their Business Voice service,” Vice President of Communications Jennifer Bilotta said via a statement.”We are working to restore service to these customers as soon as possible. We appreciate our customers’ patience as we work to resolve the issue and will provide additional updates as they are available.”
Yikes!
Many local businesses are posting on social media, asking their customers not to call their landlines and reach out through email or social media!
