Resurfacing the streets of Southie
Be prepared for no parking and traffic on East Broadway as the City of Boston Department of Public Works gets ready to improve our streets. Business on East Broadway received notices alerting them to the fact there will be three phases of resurfacing happening over the next two weeks, as well as a parking ban from 7am-3:30pm daily when construction is taking place. So watch where you park.
Although it’s an inconvenience, just think of the nice smooth street you’ll get to drive on when it’s done!
Also, during this time it’s important to support our local businesses!

Yeah they will be nice and smooth for a week or 2 until one of the utilities dig them up for "scheduled" maintenance.
