Upon stopping the male, officers observed that he was carrying a shopping bag filled with merchandise, some of which displayed the shipping addresses of victims on East Fourth Street. This suspect was identified and taken into custody. During the investigation, officers were informed that the two other suspects had been located in the area of Columbia and Marine Road. After further investigation, the two males were also identified and taken into custody.
