UPDATE: BPD WAS BACK AT IT!

On Wednesday morning on L Street, the BPD set up yet another little crosswalk sting.   You know when a plain clothes officer pose as pedestrians standing in a crosswalk waiting to cross.  When drivers fail to stop to let the pedestrians cross, a cruiser lying in wait pulls the vehicle over and gives them a ticket.

Our Southie “boots on the ground” let us know that Operation Crosswalk was happening at L & First and L & Second.  And cars were getting pulled over – a lot.
