Volunteers from the neighborhood plus volunteers from JetBlue, came together to create a beautiful new playground at the BCYF Curley Rec. Center aka the L. With help from Kaboom!- a national non-profit dedicated to bringing balanced and active play into the daily lives of all kids, over 100 people came together to construct a waterside playground complete with swings and ship play structure!
Way to go! What a great addition to the neighborhood! A grand opening celebration is in the works!
The city should have hired them to do M St park, it would have been done a lot sooner.
