Patrick Lee, 45-year-old dual US-Irish citizen pleaded guilty this week in federal court for charges related to mortgage fraud. He was extradited from Ireland last year to face charges. 

According to the Boston Globe, the scam involved multi-family buildings in Dorchester and South Boston that ripped-off lenders out of $1.5 million!  Yikes! 

This period of fraud last 23 months and ended in May of 2007.
