Looks like a new development is coming to 400 West Broadway!  A new plan has been filed with the BPDA to replace an existing three-story building with a five-story, 36-unit building with parking for 34 cars.  There will also be space for two retail shops on the ground level.  There will be 20 one-bedroom units, 12 two-bedroom and 4 studios.
