A massive search is underway in South Boston.  Boston Police and Massachusetts State Police are searching for a missing 8 year-old boy.  He was last seen around 2pm at the beach at the Curley Community Center where he was attending a summer day camp.

“The whole city has put out the alert,” Boston Police Commissioner William Evans said.

The boy’s name is Kyzr Willis and is a light skinned black male.  Crews are currently searching the waters and the streets of South Boston.  Be on the lookout.

Mayor Marty Walsh released a statement:

“The entire City of Boston is praying for the safe return of Kyzr Willis and will be on high alert until he is back home. The Boston Police Department is working closely with the Massachusetts State Police, and we ask anyone with absolutely any information that may be related to this young boy to immediately call 911.”
