The 2025 Strategic Plan will set a long term vision to guide Massport over the next decade, focusing on key initiatives, including modernization, technology adoption, community partnership, and climate resilience, across Boston Logan International Airport, Worcester Regional Airport, Hanscom Field, the Port of Boston, and Massport’s real estate portfolio.  A virtual presentation will take place on Thursday, February 5th at 6pm.  You can register here.

On behalf of the Massport Board of Directors and our employees, we are nearing completion of a comprehensive 10 year strategic plan. This plan is not just a roadmap, it is a vision for how Massport will continue to serve the Commonwealth effectively and responsibly, managing long term growth while prioritizing sustainability and strong community engagement.

Your input is essential to ensuring that our strategic priorities align with the needs and aspirations of the communities we serve. Our goal is to ensure that Massport remains a driver of economic vitality, a steward of environmental responsibility, and a trusted partner to the communities we serve.

Massport is developing the 2025 Strategic Plan in a multi-phase effort, through research, data analysis and conversations with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

At this stage, Massport invites the community to learn more about the plan and share feedback. After reviewing community input, Massport will finalize the Strategic Plan and begin implementing its recommendations this summer.
