Man pulled from water at Carson Beach was pronounced dead at hospital
A 52-year-old Brockton man died after a drowning at Carson Beach on Friday afternoon. The man was unresponsive when he was pulled from the water by a lifeguard at around 2:40 p.m. and was taken to Boston Medical Center by Boston EMS, where he was pronounced dead
According to the Boston Globe, the man was later identified as William Morant of Brockton.
