Massachusetts Fallen Heroes is hosting a discussion and meet-and-greet on Monday, March 30th at District Hall (75 Northern Ave.) in South Boston’s Seaport District to give key updates on the Mass Fallen Heroes mission, its recently formed partnerships, upcoming events and progress on the permanent memorial adjacent to District Hall honoring Massachusetts residents that made the ultimate sacrifice in the Global War on Terrorism since 9/11.  This event takes place from 12:30pm-2pm.
Special guests at this VetTogether include members from Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA), who will be introduced by Mass Fallen Heroes as one of its newly formed strategic alliances to talk about how their organization benefits Veterans who proudly served in Iraq and Afghanistan over the last fourteen years.
Established in 2010 by Boston firefighters, local veterans, Gold Star families, police officers and other patriotic citizens, Massachusetts Fallen Heroes was organized in order to memorialize our fallen by creating a permanent public tribute and to provide advocacy and support services for local veterans and families of the fallen serving the Global War on Terrorism since 2001.
