Universal Hub is reporting that the war between kids/parents vs. dog owners/dogs has reared its ugly head once again via the 311 app.

Once again, the responses starting flowing like the Southie Community Bulletin Board but on the 311 App. Here’s one below

Eventually, the moderators of 311 told every one to knock it off.

Reading the initial post, we have to think that this complaint can’t – in fact – be real right? Just someone with too much time on their hands looking to stir the kids vs. dogs pot.
