Love story began at Lincoln

It’s local folklore that true love can be found at Lincoln Tavern. Many a couple have met at this South Boston restaurant. On Valentine’s they even run a Lincoln Love Story contest where couples are encouraged to share their story of how they met for a chance to win a gift card.
Well, Joe Hoyle, 29, and Marisa Gorman, 26, met there back in November of 2016 and they just got engaged this past weekend. According to Cape Cod Times the couple got engaged at Barnstable Municipal Airport before boarding the CapeAir flight to Nantucket.
Congratulations to the happy couple and for all of you looking for love – head to Lincoln.
