Large Capacity Firearm Recovered + Two Teens Arrested in South Boston

On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, about 10:00 AM, members of the Youth Violence Strike Force responded to an address in South Boston where they located Antonio Walker, 18, Boston. Officers were aware that the suspect had an outstanding warrant issued out of South Boston District Court for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, and Threat to Commit a Crime. Walker was immediately placed into handcuffs, and officers conducted a protective sweep of the apartment.
As officers began clearing each room, they located a second suspect inside a locked bathroom who refused to open the door. After multiple requests, the suspect exited the bathroom, and a backpack was observed leaning against a wall where the suspect was standing. Officers conducted a pat frisk of the backpack and recovered a firearm from inside. The suspect, a 17-year-old juvenile male was handcuffed, and detectives were requested to respond to the scene.
The firearm was determined to be a Glock 19 with eight rounds inside an extended magazine that was capable of holding thirty-one total rounds.
The 17-year-old juvenile male was placed under arrest and is expected to be arraigned in Boston Juvenile Court for the following offenses:
- Unlawful Possession of a Firearm
- Unlawful Possession of Ammunition
- Carrying a Loaded Firearm without a License
- Unlawful Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device
