Ice cream makes any day a little bit better! On Tuesday, from 1pm-3pm, Mass Bay Credit Union would like you to stop by to learn more about their new development project and have some ice cream on them!

Dear Valued Member and Neighbor:
We hope you received our recent letter to you about the proposed development project at our 147 West 4th Street property. It calls for a new, state of the art branch and headquarters for Mass Bay Credit Union, housing with 20% affordable slated, and a lab and office space on the parcel.
We want to tell you more and show you some schematics and visuals of the proposed property.
Please join us tomorrow, Tuesday, August 1, 2023 in the parking lot of our 147 West 4th Street branch between 1-3 pm. Grab an ice cream on us, hear about the project, and if you think it’s as important to the neighborhood as we do, you can sign a letter to the Boston Planning & Development Agency showing your support.
The weather looks great for an outdoor event tomorrow. Please join us. If you can’t make it tomorrow, you can visit us any time this week, see the plans, and sign the letter showing your support.

as long as the lab is run by Chinese Commies fronted by carpetbagger speculators, and works on weaponized viruses, no one should have a problem locating in that dense residential area, immediately adjacent to Doughboy and less than 2 blocks from Broadway. On second thought, build the lab in Weston or Dover. Plenty of land out there and close to the highway.
What a joke they give a day notice.
They are trying to push a lab building into a neighborhood.
This is not what we need in the neighborhood!
