On Wednesday, Gov. Charlie Baker announced the state will open its COVID-19 vaccination registration to everybody over the age 16 on April 19th!
The governor also added that people over 60 and qualified workers will be able to sign up for the vaccine beginning March 22nd, and people 55 and older, or with one comorbidity, can start on April 5.
Just a reminder that registering on the state sign-up site does not guarantee an immediate vaccine slot but it’s a step in the right direction. After you preregister, you will receive weekly status updates and you will be alerted when there are appointments available for you and provide you with a link to use to select and book your appointment.
