Election Results: Yes, Tuesday was Election Day!
With only 22% of voters turning out to fill out a ballot, here are the results of the election:
Mayor Marty Walsh was re-elected with 66%. Challenger Tito Jackson received 34%
Ed Flynn has been elected our new District 2 City Councilor with 52%. Mike Kelley 48%
For City Council at-Large:
Michelle Wu topped the ticket with 24.6%
Ayanna Pressley with 21.7%
Michael Flaherty 19.5%
Annissa Essaibi George 17.2%
So there you have it!
Has any one ever heard of going to the polls and giving one candidate out of four a bullet vote and all four get a vote ?
