On Saturday at 11:30am, the intersection of L and Fifth erupted into an old fashioned ass kicking.  According to an eye witness, there were two fellas in a white sedan that were approached by three other guys who were yelling at the fellas in the car.  One of the fellas bolted down the street while the other one got out of the car where he then was punched repeatedly and then hit will a baseball bat.  The witness believe that it seemed as though there was an old score to be settled.  In other words, the two groups were known to one another.

Police were alerted a witness called in the beating.  But by the time the BPD arrived, both the suspects and the victim were gone.  Vanished.
