Councilor Ed Flynn with NBC10/NECN anchor Joy Lim Nakrin attended Saturday’s Asian Task Force Against Domestic Violence fundraising gala at the Boston Marriott Downtown. Joy, who is Filipino-Chinese, emceed the event, while the keynote speaker was Sheila Marcelo, CEO of Care.com.
