On Thursday morning, Southie awoke to a dusting of snow on the streets. This person on Sixth Street decided to put out not one cone but two. The balls.
Clearly not a shovel was lifted (Rule # 2) and this person is just trying to get one over on his fellow neighbors. Come on! Nobody likes a jerk.
