Drop off your ballot

You can drop your mail-in ballot off at any City of Boston dropbox up until 8 p.m. on November 3, or at any early voting location during the early voting period. Dropboxes will be available starting on October 17. There is one on East Broadway at the South Boston Public Library.

All dropbox location will be monitored by surveillance 24 hours a day, seven days a week leading up until 8 p.m. on Election Day.
