Update:

According to several inboxes and emails, the reason the cars were so close together on Monday morning was due to the fact there was a hit and run.  One witness stated, that a car barreled out of the Gate of Heaven parking lot and smashed into the sedan which hit the Jeep which caused a chain reaction of damage. The driver didn’t even leave a note…that’s just rude!

Original Post:

Imagine being the Jeep owner and walking to your car to find this situation on a Monday morning. We’re guessing that the Jeep was parked in the spot before one or both cars backed all the way up to the bumper leaving no wiggle room.

If the Jeep’s driver did manage to wedge his/her car into the spot, that would be quite impressive. We would guess his or her patience could get them out the spot too.

This is not the first time we’ve seen this Southie parking trend in the neighborhood.

How do you think this parking situation happened?

Special thank you to Ben for sharing this photo.

A car pushed them together. It was a hit and run. Although the driver has hit others in the past/ parks at the church so it won’t be hard to find him.

Eh…”maybe”. Because the entitlement and arrogance choking this neighborhood is despicable. This could verrry easily just as well been another case of an oblivious (to everybody/everything but their own needs) blow-in just parking wherever/however they want. Sort of the inverse version of the “I’m just gonna go ahead and leave a 5 …or 6 …or even a 7 foot space between my car and the car in front/back of me, cuz, hey, I got mine, so…”
