Hang onto your hats! Another large scale development has been approved for the Dot. Ave. neighborhood – and this one is a big one.
On Thursday, the Boston Planning and Development Agency approved a 1-million-square-foot mixed use complex at 323-365 Dorchester Avenue. There will be four buildings between 11-15 stories tall, new streets, open space, commercial space, lab space and 310 residential units!
