BPD: No Threat in the Seaport on Saturday
Well, that’s scary…
The Boston Herald is reporting many received a disturbing text on Friday stating that there could be a possible mass casualty in the Seaport District on Saturday.
“We have no credible threat in the Snowport,” Sgt. Det. John Boyle, Boston Police’s chief spokesman, told the Herald Friday.
According to the article, the hoax threat appears to be related to an advertised protest called “Shutdown Snowport for Palestine.” The flyer was posted by the Party for Socialism and Liberation Boston. The protest took place on Friday around 5:30pm without any incident.
