BPD needs help in Wednesday’s fatal accident at L & 6th
The Boston police are looking for help from anyone who is in the area at the time of the accident on Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of L and Sixth. Detectives are seeking witness photos and videos taken before, during and/or after that could help with the investigation. See press release below:
At about 3:38 PM on Thursday July 25, 2018, officers assigned to District C-6 (South Boston) responded to a call for a motor vehicle accident in the area of L Street and East Sixth Street. During the incident, two young children were struck and seriously injured. One of the children was later pronounced deceased while the second child remains hospitalized at this time.
The Boston Police Department is seeking assistance from anyone who was in the area at the time of this incident. Specifically, detectives are seeking to obtain any witness photos or cell phone video taken before, during and/or after the collision that may assist with the investigation.
