BPD Community Alert: Crimes Against Children Unit Seeks Help to Find Suspect
UPDATE: This suspect was arrested in New Jersey on Wednesday. Phew!
The Boston Police Department is seeking the public’s help to locate Edwin Fantauzzi, 30, of Lawrence, who is wanted on charges of Assault with Intent to Rape a Child Under 16, Aggravating Kidnapping, Enticement of a Child and Indecent Assault and Battery on a Child Under 14 in relation to an incident that occurred on Saturday November 3, 2018, in the area of 10 Hammond Street in Lower Roxbury. Investigators believe that the suspect may be utilizing an alias of Roberto Santiago.
Anyone with information relative to Edwin Fantauzzi (AKA: Robert Santiago) and his whereabouts is urged to contact 911 or the Boston Police Crimes Against Children Unit at (617) 343-6183.
