Monday, September 27, 2021 – Today, the Board of Elections Commissioners will hold a ballot position drawing for the November 2 Municipal Election at 2:30 p.m. in the Christopher A. Iannella Chamber on the 5th floor of Boston City Hall. The drawing will determine the order candidates’ names appear on the ballot in the Mayoral and City Council races.
The candidates, members of the public and media are invited to attend. A live broadcast will also be available on the City’s Channel (Comcast Channel 24, RCN Channel 13, and Verizon Fios Channel 962) and live streamed on Boston.gov, Boston Cable and Boston.gov/election.
The 2021 Municipal Election is Tuesday, November 2, 2021 and includes candidates for the Office of Mayor, City Councillors at Large and District City Councillors. For more information on the 2021 Municipal Elections please visit the Boston Election Department here!
