Arrest made after 19-year-old pulls gun during road rage incident in South Boston

From BPD News:

At about 2:34 AM, on Saturday, January 15, 2022, officers assigned to District C-6 (South Boston), responded to the area of Story Street and G Street in South Boston for a road rage incident involving a person with a gun.

Officers received information that the suspect, later identified as Aidan Fittz, 19, of Charlestown, pulled out a firearm after the victim honked his horn at the vehicle for driving up W 2nd Street the wrong way.

Officers located the suspects motor vehicle at Story Street and G Street and conducted a traffic stop. As a result of the traffic stop, officers recovered a loaded Springfield Armory XD9 sub-compact with one round in the chamber and nine rounds in the magazine. Officers also recovered seven individually wrapped plastic bags containing a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine inside of a prescription bottle.

Aidan Fittz was placed under arrest and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Possession of Class B, Drugs.  He is expected to be arraigned in South Boston District Court.

    Isn’t coke a class A drug? Why’d he get charged with a class B felony? Should be charged with a class S – FOR STUPID!!!!
