Abutters Meeting to discuss a new beer + wine license for Southie Gas is TONIGHT

The owners of Southie Gas, located at 79 West Broadway, are applying for a Beer and Wine License. A Zoom meeting will take place to discuss on Wednesday at 7pm.
Several residents, including city councilor and Southie resident Ed Flynn, have voiced their concerns and opposition to this license due to the number of liquor stores in this neighborhood plus public safety concerns.
The purpose of this meeting is to get community input and listen to the resident’s positions on this proposal. This is a virtual meeting via Zoom.
