3 people stabbed at Burger King
Three people were stabbed on Monday night around 8pm at the Burger King at the corner of D and West Broadway. BPD and EMS were called. The 3 victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

I’m all for public assistance for the less fortunate….but I do start to wonder why we chose the locations we did for them. I suppose that block of D,B, Broadway & 7th didn’t seem like prime real estate at the time…but we’re really shooting (or should I say stabbing?) ourselves in the foot these days as hard working, taxed residents. Can’t even get a burger & fries without disruption these days apparently.
Get rid of the burger king, it was built in the 1970s..nothing but a magnet for losers, put a Starbucks, Panera bread, or something that will attract a DIFFERENT clientele. This burger king is nothing more than a haven for junkies, losers, and DEADBEATS..pluse the food SUCKS.

I agree, that Burger King has to go, haven’t even stepped foot inside there since the 90’s! No more Starbucks in Southie, Panera sounds good though!
They probably own the land & building, or at the very least signed a 99 year ground lease. It would take a lot to get rid of it in either case.

Place is FILTHY, BATHROOMS FILTHY,workers FILTHY, WINDOWS FILTHY, FOOD AWFUL, nothi g but a bunch of dirty, FILTHY losers hanging out in this DUMP..last time I was there 1999 i was disgusted with the whole place..

I know a FILTHY S-HOLE when I see one..and I know a junkie haven when I see one..most people YUPPIE, ORIGINAL SOUTHBOSTONIANS wouldn’t go reat this dump..i dear you to take children, elderly and sit in this FILTHY dump and you’ll know what I’m talking about..better still I challenge you to go into the FILTHY BATHROOMS then you’ll see what I mean.

It’s not just the Burger King in Southie whose facilities are filthy (unclean) and with lousy food. There’s a Burger King in Somerville, MA, not far from where I live, that I avoid for those same reasons you’ve mentioned.
Really, GO DOWN THERE and see I bet you’ll agree with me!
