Wait one second – Here’s the most expensive condo in the neighborhood

Hang onto your hats!
Last week we reported about a condo that sold at 71 Farragut Road for a whopping $3.15M this past month! Well, we stand corrected. Coldwell Banker reached out to tell us that back in 2019, a unit at 100 A Street in South Boston sold for$3.7 M. This 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath, and 2 car garage condo was sold by Ricardo Rodriguez.
Here’s the listing below:

Southie sure has changed and continues to change. Looking back in time I’m now 82, Im proud to have lived there and I believe Southie taught me high values and the means to live a good and decent life and contribute back to society.

I believe the square footage in the Farragut Road condo was much smaller therefore I believe that it was the more expensive of the two units. No matter the prices of South Boston property is still increasing with a lot more development still in the works.
