Hello Southie!  I hope this spring has you getting excited about planning your summer getaways. This vacation rental is less than two hours away from Boston.  Close enough to rid any travel stresses, but far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of city living.

Mystic, CT is less than two hours away from Boston and is filled with attractions for everyone from families, to couples getaways, to a girls trip, or even a guys vacation!

Enjoy our home away from home tucked away in scenic Mystic (Noank), CT.  The house is a very short walk to Esker Point Beach where you can search for seashells, get a tan, play volleyball, relax, and enjoy the weekly summer night concert series.  Just a ten minute drive to beautiful and quaint downtown Mystic, Mystic Seaport, the Mystic Aquarium, Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Casinos, submarine base museum, coast guard academy, and more delicious restaurants than you could imagine in a small little town.  Our guide book (emailed to you upon booking and paper version at the house) is chock full of tips for you to have the inside scoop on the local hot spots, best of the best restaurants, and places to be seen on a summer evening in Mystic! A day trip to Watch Hill, RI, Newport, RI or Fishers Island, NY is easily doable from here!

Wake up to ocean views in the master bedroom.  Grill on the back deck while watching the boat traffic coming and going from Spicers Marina.  The front room affords you the opportunity to relax with family while enjoying the sights of Fishers Island Sound.  Outfitted with a couch, relaxing chairs, and dining table, it’s the perfect place to unwind from a relaxing vacation day.  Each night watch the colors of the sky come alive at sunset and in the morning wake up bright and early to see the sunrise over Spicers Marina from the back deck and living room.

Two bedrooms (one with a queen size bed (twin beds in photo will be replaced) and one with a full bed), two full bathrooms make this house perfect for a family vacation, couples getaway, or friends vacation.  The living room has two-day beds providing a relaxing atmosphere or additional sleeping options.  The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped.

Extra seating and views from the three-season sun porch provide a perfect place for board games with friends and family.

Linens and shower towels provided.

It is the intention of the owners that guests feel like they are staying in a home away from home while vacationing in Mystic, CT.  More photos are available upon request.

Maximum occupancy: 5, $50 per person per day after 5 people.

$2500 per week – Discounted rates in June. Discounted rates for consecutive weeks or monthly rentals.

$500 refundable security deposit.

$150 cleaning fee.
