According to Bldup.com, this new development project is 49,928 square foot six-story mixed-use building with 55 residential units. There will also be approximately 2,600 square feet of ground-floor retail space with a car share service for residents.
Seven of the residential units would be income-restricted pursuant to the City’s Inclusionary Development Policy.
This development will be built on approximately 10,183 square foot triangular parcel on West Second Street and right around the corner in short walking distance to the Broadway T stop.
This development will not have off-street parking and has been approved by the BPDA.
