Sign of the times

Universal Hub is reporting that plans have been filed with the BPDA to convert the old Harborlights Nursing Home in City Point into 31 condos. The nursing home located at 804 East Seventh Street was closed back in 2018 and has been vacant ever since.

As part of the plan, the renovated three-story building will include a majority of studio apartments, four two-bedroom units and three one-bedroom units in addition to 31 parking spaces.
