South Boston Development News – 736-742 East Broadway – Four stories – 12 Units + potentially a new restaurant
Local developer and restauranteur Joey Arcari has filed plans with the Boston Planning Department to replace the building next door to The Broadway with a new project.
The plans for 736-742 East Broadway will include a 4-story building with 12 units and commercial space (most likely a restaurant) on the ground level, plus six parking spots behind the building.
