Universal Hub is reporting that the Zoning Board of Appeal approved the plans to replace Amrheins and the parking lot on with a five-story office building with room for a new + smaller Amrheins.
The developer will also keep the facade of the original Amrheins at the corner of A and Broadway.
The mayor’s office and the office of City Councilor Ed Flynn supported the proposal. Nobody spoke in opposition.
