More changes coming to the neighborhood
Universal Hub is reporting that National Development has filed a letter of intent to the Boston Planning and Development Agency to replace a bunch of warehouses on Dorchester Avenue near Old Colony with a four-building development – two buildings with 345 residential units and two buildings with 674,500 square feet of commercial space.
There will also be 55,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space for the complex in addition to parking.
National Development purchased 10 acres of land to develop back in 2019 in this neighborhood.
