Universal Hub is reporting a developer would like to replace the North Coast Seafood processing plant at 270 West 2nd St. with a 93-unit residential units.
The building will start at 4-floors and then rise to six stories at 270 West Second Street. A letter of intent was filled with the Boston Planning and Development Agency this week.
