Looks like Southie will get a little denser.  Boston Business Journal is reporting that a new five-story, nine-unit condo on a vacant lot at 377 W. First St has been proposed.  The new development will be joining a new crop of luxury condos that have been growing in the area of East and West First streets in near Pappas Way and Dorchester Street.

Also included in this project, a 361-square-foot office space and 15 garage parking spaces.  Lindsay Tia Boutique and Murphy’s Jewelry are also located in this soon to be vibrant area of the neighborhood.  A new restaurant named Republic is also slated to be opening in the next year on Dorchester Street.
