    Your realtor posted the wrong exterior photo – that house with the red maple tree is on East Broadway across from M Street/Medal of Honor Park – that is not the exterior of the house listed for sale on East Fourth Street. Also, the listing is not “on the #7 bus route”, since it was moved from Fourth Street to East Broadway. Somewhat misleading or is the address listed incorrect….FYI.

        I lived on that block for 20+ years, so know that house with the red door/red tree well. Recognized it right away as not being on E. Fourth Street.

        RE: reference to #7 bus – why not then accurately state that the #7 is “just a block away”? Anyone looking at/interested in the condo will quickly learn that it isn’t located on the bus route. Best to be accurate in the description….
