Boston Business Journal is reporting that Millennium Partners has formally notified the city of Boston via letter of its intent to develop a 900,000-square-foot “innovation campus” in the Flynn Marine Industrial Park. The proposal includes the demo of a vacant warehouse and developing into “general office, research, parking and related retail, restaurant and other supporting uses.” This development includes Parcels T and T1 between Northern Ave and Harbor Street near Silver Line Way – across the way from Harpoon Brewery.
Initially, a $100 million aerial gondola was proposed as part of this development. No word if there will in fact be a gondola. You can read more about this here.
