Holy Moly! A tower in the Seaport just sold for nearly $500M

Clarion Partners has acquired One Marina Park Drive, an office tower in the Seaport District for $482 million.  Originally, this property was developed by The Fallon Co.,

According to the Boston Business Journal, the 491,573-square-foot is fully leased to tenants including Fish & Richardson, Polaris Ventures, Intarcia Therapeutics and Gunderdson Dettmer, and The Fallon Co.
