Looks like another development could be coming to Old Colony Ave. In a blink of an eye, that neck of the woods is changing at a rapid pace. According to Universal Hub, a developer is proposing five-story, 32-unit residential building at 218-220 Old Colony Ave. Currently, there’s a one-story commercial building in that spot.
The developer is Sing Ming Chan and he’s also proposed 33 parking spots and ground level commercial space. He’s hoping to start construction mid 2020.
This project still have to get approved by the BPDA and the ZBA – you know, that old chestnut.
You can see the full details of the project here.
