Holy moly!  We remember when the South Boston waterfront was nothing but parking lots, Jimmy’s Harborside and some tumbleweeds.  Now you can get yourself a $7.5 million condo on the waterfront! 

According to the Boston Business Journal, the condo is located the  10th floor of 22 Liberty Drive .  It has three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a spacious private balcony.  It also has two deeded garage parking spot – well that’s gotta be worth $5 million right?
