Project Description:
The proposed project consists of the conversion of the existing 3-story building previously used as a nursing home into a residential building with twenty-one residential units and twenty- one garage parking spaces.

I live at 800 East 7th Street the building beside the old Rehab. site. When the new three story building on the other side was built a couple of years ago Maverick Construction Co. dug up the street several times during the building of that site. Since then when the MBTA #11 goes by the street our building vibrates. This has never happened before. I don’t think the construction company never properly replaced the dirt back making the road as stable it was before. I can’t imagine what is going to happen when they do this major building next to us. When we first saw this through CaughtInSouth and not through the City of Boston which is not the way to find out appalls me. Also, it was mentioned they are going to take additional parking on the street in front between 7th Street and Columbia Road for the residents of the building. This don’t thing this legal. One of the Condo Owners in our building addressed this issue to our Representative and we did not hear anything from him.
This is the second time I responded to this request to comment. Would be nice if someone got back to us where we live next door.
