BPDA Community Meeting: 555 East Broadway
The BPDA will hold a community meeting to discuss a proposed development to replace the old 7-11 at the corner of H and Broadway on Monday, August 30th from 6pm-7:30pm. Back in May, another neighborhood meeting was held and attendees came out against a proposed 3717 square foot restaurant on the ground floor. You can read more about this here.
In the BPDA meeting calendar listing, the restaurant is not included in the description of the proposed development (see below). Not sure if the restaurant has been taken off the table. Below is the meeting description and how you can virtually attend:
This meeting will discuss a new four-story residential building of approximately 22,244 square feet containing fourteen (14) residential condominium units, including two (2) IDP Units, with twenty-one (21) garage parking spaces.
